- Reviews: The movie holds a 70% rating from critics and 66% from audiences, on Rotten Tomatoes.
- Music: For the final film, rather than enlist a star musician for the soundtrack’s lead song composer James Newton Howard combines with Jennifer Lawrence on ‘Deep in the Meadow‘. Lawrence sings the lullaby in the first film, The Hunger Games, but it is not featured on the soundtrack.
